Terms of Service

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Flooring Growth Hub LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit remodelgrowthhub.com (the "Site"), book a demo, contact us, receive marketing from us as a business contact, or subscribe to our services and use the portal at app.myremodelingestimate.com (the "Portal"). It is posted at www.remodelgrowthhub.com/privacy.

Homeowners. Our clients use our software to run websites, quote tools, messaging and appointment booking under their own brands. If you requested a quote, received a message or booked an appointment with a contractor, that contractor is responsible for your information and its own privacy policy applies. We process that information on the contractor's behalf as a service provider. To exercise privacy rights over it, contact the contractor; if you contact us instead we will forward your request and help the contractor respond.

2. Information we collect

You give us: demo bookings and inquiries (name, business name, email, phone, role, service area, your message); checkout and account details (business name and address, contact name, email, phone, subscription selections, billing information; Stripe processes payments and we receive a confirmation, card brand and last four digits, not your card number); onboarding and business verification (legal entity name, employer identification number, business address, website, licensing, service area, services and pricing ranges, and an authorized representative, used to set up your account and register your business with wireless carriers for texting and calling); support requests and feedback.

We collect automatically: device and usage data (IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, links clicked, referrer, UTM parameters, approximate location from IP, dates and times); cookies and similar technologies (Section 5); Portal activity (logins, feature use, configuration changes); communications data (whether our emails were opened or clicked, delivery status of texts, and recordings or transcripts of demo and support calls where notice is given).

From other sources: business contact data for business-to-business marketing, from professional data providers, public listings, franchise and trade directories, company websites and social networks, verified with an email verification service before we contact you; payment confirmations from Stripe; conversion and analytics data from advertising and analytics platforms; contact data from a distributor or manufacturer partner that refers your business to us.

3. How we use personal information

To provide, operate and support the Services and set up your account and Client Properties; to process payments and send invoices and receipts; to register your business and messaging use case with wireless carriers and their registries (A2P 10DLC, SHAKEN/STIR, CNAM and caller reputation services), which requires sharing your legal business information; to schedule and confirm demos and appointments and send reminders by email and text; to respond to inquiries and provide support; to send business-to-business marketing you can opt out of any time (Section 8); to measure and improve the Site, our marketing and the Services, including analytics and testing; to advertise our services, including to people who visited the Site; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; to comply with law and enforce our Terms; and for other purposes with your consent or at your direction. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by solely automated means.

4. Text messages from us

We text you only if you tick an optional texting box: the one on our demo quote form (/try) or the one on our call booking form (/demo). Giving us a mobile number without ticking a box is not consent to texts, and we text only the mobile number entered on the form where you ticked it. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; texting is for people 18 or older; consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us (Section 13). Mobile numbers and texting opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing. We share them only with the providers that deliver our messages and with carriers as needed to deliver them.

Text messages about your demo and our software. When you tick the texting box on the demo quote form or the call booking form at Remodel Growth Hub, you get text messages from Remodel Growth Hub at (727) 592-5187 about your request: your demo quote, booking confirmations and reminders, and a few follow-ups about our software and services for your business (offers and pricing among them), for up to two weeks after your request (reminders until the time you booked). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help; replying YES, DEMO or ADS tells us what you'd like next. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels and tags on the Site to make it work, remember preferences, understand use, measure marketing and show ads for our services on other sites: necessary (security, checkout, load balancing); analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics); marketing (Meta pixel, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising tags); functional (our scheduling and CRM tools, which connect your visit to your demo or account). Control cookies in your browser and opt out of interest-based ads through Google's Ads Settings, Meta's Ad Preferences and optout.aboutads.info. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing where the law requires; we do not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track."

6. How we share personal information

With service providers working on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting and databases (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare); email delivery (Mailgun); text messaging and telephony (Twilio and carriers); call tracking (CallRail, where a company uses it); payments (Stripe); scheduling and calendars (Google Calendar, and Microsoft calendars where a company connects one); maps and address lookup (Google Maps and Places); analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Ads, Microsoft, Meta); business contact data and email verification (Apollo, MillionVerifier); spam filtering (CleanTalk); AI model providers that power renders, drafting and AI Assistants (OpenAI, Anthropic), and voice assistants (Retell); customer support and productivity tools; and, for some accounts during migration, our former CRM provider (HighLevel). With wireless carriers and their registries, which receive your business registration information. With advertising platforms, through cookies and pixels and, if you enroll in Managed Advertising, the information needed to create and operate your advertising accounts. With a distributor or manufacturer partner that referred you, limited to the fact and status of your subscription where our agreement with that partner provides for it. With professional advisors, affiliates and successors (including in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale, and during due diligence), and legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety. And with others at your direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our advertising cookies may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws; Section 9 tells you how to opt out.

7. How long we keep personal information

Account and billing records: for the life of your subscription and seven years after, for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Demo and inquiry records: three years after our last interaction unless you become a client. Business marketing contacts: until you opt out or the data becomes invalid, then on a suppression list so we honor the opt-out. Data we process for clients: for the client's term and ninety days after, or as the client instructs, subject to backups and law. Call recordings: ninety days by default, or the period the company sets (thirty to 365 days); the transcript stays with the lead's record. Analytics and cookie data: per the provider, generally up to fourteen months. Longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

8. Marketing choices

Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, processed within ten business days and suppressed across our systems; transactional email continues while you are a client. Texts: reply STOP. Phone: tell us and we add your number to our internal do-not-call list. Interest-based ads: Section 5.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a portable copy, to opt out of sale or sharing, targeted advertising and profiling with legal or similarly significant effects, to limit use of sensitive information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email privacy@remodelgrowthhub.com or write to the address below. We verify your identity against information we hold and may ask for more; an authorized agent may act for you with written authorization. We respond within the time the law requires, generally forty-five days, and tell you if we need longer. To appeal a denial, reply to our response or email us with "Privacy appeal" in the subject; if the appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general.

We disclose these categories to service providers for business purposes and share limited internet activity with advertising platforms; we have not knowingly sold or shared the personal information of anyone under sixteen.

10. Security

Administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No method is completely secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information we notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

11. Children

The Site and Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information; contact us and we will delete it.
